We shall dot the i's and cross the t's in the Case of Siaivo Bookshop
Mykola Tomenko, the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine repeatedly directed the appeal to the general Prosecutor´s Office regarding the situation with limited liability company "Knyharnia "Siaivo" in order to receive the information on the state of conflict regulation and legitimacy of each party action.
M. Tomenko stated that for today, the entrance to the book shop is blocked with the trucks. In its turn, the General Department of the Ministry on Internal Affairs in Kyiv city briefed that in the course of the agency check it was investigated that the fact corresponds to reality as two КРАЗ auto trucks block the entrance to "Siaivo" book shop that violates the road traffic rules. The indicated vehicles are in the property of subsidiary "Specilaized Transport Department No2" of the open joint stock company "Budmekhanizatsia" that concluded a lease treaty with Oleksandr Suprunenko, Party of Regions People´s Deputy of Ukraine regarding their paid temporary use for the one month term.
The Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the blocking of the book shop entrance implies the active interest of a particular People´s Deputy in the indicated building. Taking into the consideration the fact, the People´s Deputy represent Party of Regions faction, Mykola Tomenko addressed the President of Ukraine with the appeal to investigate the situation.
"It is obvious that there would be no reaction on the situation on the part of Leonid Chernovetskii team but it is curious whether the Party of Regions Leaders will manage to protect the "Siaivo" personnel as it is an example of their policy towards ordinary people in Ukraine", - M. Tomenko emphasized.
"My appeals to the Prosecutor´s General Office and the President of Ukraine are supposed to dot the i's and cross the t's in the case of Siaivo bookshop and investigate whether these actions are organized by Leonid Chernovetskii team or by the Party of Regions People´s Deputies", - Mykola Tomenko declared.
